- Market and Legal Insight: Monitor developments in the private investment funds sector to ensure the firm's practices are up-to-date and aligned with industry standards.
- Training and Development: Collaborate with partners to assess and address the team's training needs; design and deliver comprehensive legal training to enhance team capabilities.
- Business Development Support: Develop and prepare impactful presentations and pitch decks for both current clients and prospects to support the firm's business development efforts.
- Reporting and Knowledge Management: Generate essential reports and maintain a proactive approach in managing and disseminating knowledge within the team.
Key Requirements Include:- Professional Experience: Must have a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience as a private investment funds lawyer.
- Communication and Presentation: Possess excellent presenting, writing, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively and share knowledge.
- Interpersonal and Leadership Abilities: Demonstrated leadership and strong interpersonal skills required to train and motivate team members effectively.
