- Work withscientists across Biologics Engineering to develop endtoend datamanagement capabilities for biologics discovery creating automatedpipelines for the flow of data.
- Developapplications to configure and customize commercial GenedataBiologics software for tracking biologics discovery data fromantibody screening protein engineering and proteinproduction.
- Extend the functionality ofGenedata Biologics by developing custom computational tools usingits Java Software Development Kit for data ingestion from labinstruments and for data analysis.
- Collaboratewith IT functions responsible for the deployment and maintenance ofthe live Genedata Biologics system and its integration withexternal databases.
- Collaborate with webapplication developers to integrate the Genedata Biologics systemwith custom applications for experiment design and dataanalysis.
- Collaborate with machine learningcolleagues to develop an active learning system that continuallytrains machine learning models on data from biologics experimentsand uses these data to inform subsequent experiments.
- Learn about leading machine learning methods forbiologics design and for active learning applied to biologicsexperiments.
- MScdegree or equivalent experience in computer science bioinformaticsor in a relevant computational field
- Experience of working in a scientific environmentgenerating insights from RD data sets preferably DrugDiscovery.
- Experience with SQL includingconfiguring and querying databases programmatically.
- Experience developing highquality object orientedsoftware in Java or Python.
- Experience withsoftware development best practices.
- Experience working with Genedata Biologics or similarplatform for biological data management.
- Experience working within a team environment.

- Ph.D. in relevantfield
- Experience working at interface of dry /wet lab. Knowledge of data formats for lab automationequipment.
- Demonstrated agile methodologyfamiliarity

- Exposure to graph database systems and related querylanguages e.g.SPARQL
