As a Talent Scout, you will be trained to sourcing passive candidates through networking as well as complex Internet searches. We'll want you to go beyond the basics of sourcing on LinkedIn and job boards and source candidates through channels like blogs, niche social networks, trade associations, online groups, directories, networking sites, alumni associations, complex Boolean and x-ray searches on Google, and more

Tiro is a corporate member of the Recruitment Employment Confederation, all our team are qualified to REC level 3 in recruitment practice
What we need from you:
-- Strong written and spoken communication skills
-- Personable (we are a nice bunch, you need to fit it) proactive, motivated and keen to learn
-- Proficient in PC software packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Email and Internet applications
-- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
-- Detail-Oriented
