    North West England (hybrid options available)

    Duration:12 month FTC

    A leading name with the Drug Discovery sector is seeking recruit a Performance & Impact Evaluation Analyst to joining their organisation to assist with the development and implementation of an evaluation framework.

    This position will take the lead role in the development of an evaluation framework that enables stakeholders to analyse its performance to identify successes, gaps, opportunities and developments.

    to include counterfactual assessment and analysis.

    The successful candidate will use this experience to continue the development of the evaluation framework and support its implementation across the business.

    Refine and develop performance and impact evaluation methods
    Building dashboards and reports
    Support with data-informed operational and strategic management
    Ensuring data requirements for monitoring, evaluation and management purposes are defined and communicated
    Work with the broader operation team to ensure full data is being resourced and analysed
    Utilise external data to improve evaluation
    Provide regular data and project reports to SLT
    Degree qualified, ideally in a Life Science or related discipline or a Business/Data degree but with experience working within a Scientific/Medical/Clinical related subject area is preferred
    PhD would be advantageous but not essential
    Excellent data analytical skills
    Good knowledge of PowerBI and excel
