    Finance Administrator

    A major retail centre with ambitious plans ahead are looking for a Finance Administrator to maintain the smooth running of the centre management office.

    You will play a key part in supporting the Business Support Manager with financial and general administrative support.
    Full training will be provided on the elements that pertain to the property sector. The ideal candidate for this role has a meticulous attention to detail and has used accounting software before. Manage essential administrative tasks such as handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, maintaining contract databases, and maintaining stationery supplies
    Take charge of financial record keeping
    Collect and analyse data
    Resolve queries from suppliers and contractors
    Address inquiries and complaints, both in person and over the phone, always ensuring a positive and professional interaction
