Superb opportunity for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join the management team of this well-established practice in East London close to Walthamstow.
The Head Veterinary Nurse will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of top-tier care to patients, supporting the vets in their duties, and maintaining a smooth and efficient operation of the practice.
The practice benefits from having a certificate holder in Medicine so there are some interesting cases to be followed through.
The team at the practice are proud to offer a first-class service to their clients and gold standard care to patients.
The right veterinary nurse will be joining an experienced team of 5 vets and supporting 4 RVNs & 2 SVNs with their training and development.
The HN is responsible for supervising and leading the veterinary nurse team, ensuring that they are adequately trained, motivated, and adhere to the highest standards of patient care.
You'll also be conducting appraisals and assisting with practice standards improvements.There is a positive and active focus on CPD; certificates and those wishing to carry out schedule 3 procedures are supported
My client is ideally looking for a full-time permanent Head Veterinary Nurse for this role however there is some flexibility with hours.
You'll be required to work 36-40 hours with the possibility of a 4 day working week as long as you get to spend time with the whole team.
1:4 Saturday mornings until 2pm. No OOHs or Sundays.Salary up to £36k FTE, 6.6 weeks annual leave, RCVS & VDS paid, pension scheme, CPD, birthday off, and much more
