The Internal Sales Coordinator is a position working within the internal sales team, in conjunction with other technical and production teams.
Liaise with existing customers to maintain their business over the telephone.Process sales orders, raise customer complaints and undertake administration tasks within the department.
Ensure that all sales opportunities are communicated to the business development team.
Assist the Sales Manager in training of new staff to the department including one to one mentoring where necessary.
In conjunction with the Business Development Team identify and justify shortfalls in spend with budgeted accounts.Liaise with product control to agree on the replenishment of stock lines.
To work within government and company Equal Opportunities Policy and practices and report any deviations.
To work within government and company health & safety policies and practices and report any hazards or incidences.
To undertake all Hygiene and Quality responsibilities to ensure that company standards are met and surpassed.
To be flexible in undertaking duties and responsibilities and may be asked to perform other duties which reasonably correspond to the general character of the position and are commensurate with its level of responsibility.
ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously establishing priorities to meet deadlines.Ability to travel to company's other manufacturing facilities.
Full Time, Permanent Role. Working Monday to Friday as core working hours. This role offers hybrid working.
Salary:
£23,500-£28,000 depending on experience + bonus scheme of up to £250 per month.
