    Outlier Ventures is the largest Web 3 accelerator in the world.

    Founded in 2014, it works with startups at various stages of their lifecycle from pre-seed / seed (via Base Camp) to later stage about to launch (or live) token networks specializing in a New Data Economy, Infrastructure, DeFi, and what we have coined the Open Metaverse bringing together a network of 1,000 's of the world's leading web 3 founders, protocols, VCs to mentor, and invest in start-ups.

    Outlier Ventures is looking for a Portfolio Associate to help our Portfolio Team increase the level of data accuracy on our internal databases and the level of service that we offer to our current and future portfolio.

    The ideal candidate will possess strong communication qualities, exceptional understanding of web 3 and/or early stage investing, a high level of tidiness when dealing with tasks and data, and a track record of successfully managing commercial relationships.

    The Portfolio Associate role will be responsible for managing over 150 portfolio relationships, recording data accurately on our CRM, continuously classifying and identifying stage of development of projects, ensuring smooth coordination between the Portfolio team and other teams across the company, all whilst identifying and supporting commercial opportunities.

    Whilst we try to create very comprehensive and detailed Job specs, the web 3 ecosystem works at a high speed making it common to get added and removed new responsibilities by time.

    Ownership over Portfolio data recording on Hubspot.
    Continually updating the Classification of Portfolio Projects within Hubspot.
    Analysis and reporting of portfolio progress, returns and performance.
    Manage working cross-functionally and stakeholder management in order to support ad-hoc Portfolio requests (Marketing, Legal, Token Team, etc.).
    Work on ad hoc projects for portfolio.
    Enjoys a multi-faceted role which requires analytical and operational thinking alongside strong relationship building.
