    Description
    Most roles at Dimensional will be part of our best-of-both hybrid working model.

    This includes working together in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, and choosing to work in the office or remotely on Mondays and Fridays.

    This broad universal approach applies to most roles globally with a few exceptions that require more or less time in the office.

    Associate, Events
    This position supports the planning, development, management and execution of events that support the firm's strategic goals.

    The person must have knowledge for corporate events planning, contracting, managing multiple timelines, coordination of events in auditoriums, boardrooms and conference rooms.

    Support our Events Team to develop and deliver inspiring conferences throughout EMEA and the UK with a total commitment to ensuring an outstanding client experience.

    Take responsibility of the contract, plan and execution phases of both small and large scale events.
    Coordinate logistics for internal learning sessions and multi-regional events. Including audio/visual services, food and beverage, décor, and vendor management.
    Coordinate, manage and execute logistical components related to virtual event broadcasts facilitated through GlobalMeet and Zoom.
    Hands-on involvement and service-minded attitude from pre-event management to post-event follow through.
    Manage and adhere to master event calendar and timelines.
    Willingness to be involved and responsible of event logistics and details.
    Create and manage custom websites using Cvent's software.
    Ensure quality control for all conference deliverables, including proofreading and design.
    Maintain Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft Access databases to ensure current event data and attendance are accurately recorded.
    Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in hospitality, communications, or a related field is preferred.
    Previous experience in a corporate event planning position is required.
    Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a high attention to detail, meeting often tight deadlines.
    Demonstrated problem solver who thrives on helping others.

    Strong computer skills (MS Office, MS Power BI, MS Dynamics, Cvent, GlobalMeet, Zoom) with the ability to learn programs as required.

    Knowledge of broadcast services and the financial industry recommended.
    Fluency in German or Dutch is not required but would be a plus.
