    Business Analyst (Enterprise Business Performance) - Worldpay University Program
    We are currently recruiting for a Business Analyst to join the Business Performance team at Worldpay.

    a two-year program, suited to entry level joiners who aspire to develop a successful career with a leading payments company.

    As a 2024 Worldpay University Program full-time employee, you will have the opportunity to participate in team projects, community service activities, professional development initiatives and work with a team that is invested in your growth, development, and success; including bi-annual performance connects with your manager.

    This two-year full-time program starts in September and as a university program participant you can look forward to the following:
    Have access to social/professional network opportunities and build a network across the organisation
    Bi-annual merit reviews

    Within Worldpay, you will sit within the Global Enterprise line of business where your focus will be on large global merchants.

    The Global Enterprise business within Worldpay consists of several departments, including Sales, Operations, and Marketing, each with its own objectives, but all working together to drive commercial impact.

    Your role will involve working across the Global Enterprise business to improve its functionality by bringing structure and implementing the Global Enterprise strategy across regions and cross-functional teams.

    You will play a key role in leading the prioritization and delivery of strategic projects that are crucial to the commercial success of Global Enterprise.

    Additionally, you will facilitate the flow of information by improving communication across all Global Enterprise teams through enhanced insight generation and consistent reporting and communication of business performance.

    Help identify and develop business cases for strategic opportunities to improve financial performance
    Support and deliver priority business transformation initiatives to improve financial performance
    Support the deployment and management of strategy alignment and execution methodology, such as Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
    Work with partner functions to align key business decisions with Global Enterprise's vision and strategy
    You have completed a bachelor's degree
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    Excellent communication (written and verbal), listening and rapport building skills
    Commercial focus, with an interest in driving revenue and bottom-line value for the business
