- You're a social media expert with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in digital or content marketing.
- You have a proven track record of growing an audience on at least one platform, and can confidently replicate this to grow client accounts.
- You understand the latest best practices across channels and know what's required to build an audience on the major social media platforms of LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and TikTok.
- You enjoy building efficient systems for content creation and understand the intricacies behind both long-form and short-form content.
- You must have experience interfacing with senior clients and confidently communicating strategy.
- You're a hard worker with a strong work ethic, able to be weeks, if not months, ahead with client content by managing multiple deadlines and responsibilities at once.
- You're highly organised to handle multiple projects simultaneously and can prioritise your workload in a fast-paced working environment.
- You want to be in a high-performing team and by joining the company you will lift the quality and output of everyone around you.
- Your day-to-day role will be owning channel and content performance for a minimum of 3* client accounts that you lead.
- You'll own and refine client strategies to ultimately achieve audience growth, this includes working with our in-house editing department on video content.
- You'll display excellent copywriting and will create content of different formats based on best practices across the major social media platforms of LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and TikTok.
- You'll learn, and be trained, to specialise in 1-2 platforms to be an internal expert on the latest trends for growing large audiences.
- You'll efficiently and effectively repurpose and repackage long-form content into various content types, alongside owning the creation of native content.
- You'll be the main point of contact for your allocated clients, taking check-in video calls and ensuring we deliver outstanding customer service over Slack and email.
- You'll measure and achieve your agreed OKRs and KPIs, reporting your progress weekly to our Content Manager and identifying improvements.
- You'll experiment regularly with new ideas for content, using AI tools to be more efficient, and drawing strategic insights from evaluating analytics.
- You'll prepare monthly social media reports to send to clients, clearly and confidently presenting the key findings on strategy calls.
