    Subject matter expert in all aspects of internal and external communications & engagement
    Work with management to create and plan engagement strategies and campaigns to enhance brand image and voice
    Create effective internal communications to facilitate an engaged workforce wherein team members are continuously informed and have a platform to voice their opinions and be heard
    Work closely with stakeholders to build & maintain our Website and SharePoint landing page, ensuring we are consistently promoted to the highest standards
    Create inspiring contents /collateral, using a variety of design packages; Consistently promote internal and external stakeholder engagement, monitoring outcomes to ensure campaigns are successful
    A communication & engagement professional from a Health & Social Care background
    Excellent range of communication and engagement skills with the knowledge / confidence in applying these to an Education, Health & Social Care organisation
    Experience of using a range of digital communication dissemination skills and techniques
    Practical experience of working with websites and using content management systems
    Experience of writing for different audiences and variety of media with high standards of written communication, grammar, and spelling
