Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) or equivalent. A full UK driving licence is a must for this role. The level of care provided must be of the highest quality, that's what drives us.As a Registered Manager for one of their children's homes, you'll create a setting where each child can thrive and reach their full potential.
You'll make sure children feel happy, safe, motivated and will also keep your home's standards high.Managing day-to-day operations, you'll take ownership of Ofsted statutory requirements, as well as playing an active part with the commercial team.
Your input will help the children's home run within budget, in turn enabling future investment.Our client is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of its young people.
