    Role DescriptionJoin Our Team as a Highly Driven Registered Care Manager Are you passionate about delivering exceptional care? Do you have a minimum of 3 years ofexperience and a track record of leading inspections to achieve a minimum of "Good" CQC rating?     Qualifications:
    Minimum of 3 years of care management experience.
    Proven track record of leading inspections to achieve a minimum 'Good' CQC rating.

    Proven experience in a managerial role within the healthcare or domiciliary care industryStrong leadership and communication skillsExcellent organizational and time management skillsKnowledge of relevant regulations and policiesAbility to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and the care teamAbility to make sound decisions and problem-solve effectivelyUnderstanding of the unique needs and challenges of domiciliary careRelevant qualifications in health or social care managementSetting and achieving KPIs that reflect our commitment to delivering top-quality care services.
