    Overview:

    As the Children's Team Leader at Limetree Recruitment, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing a team of childcare professionals within various educational and childcare settings.

    Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the delivery of high-quality care, learning, and development experiences for children while leading and supporting a dedicated team.

    Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of childcare practitioners, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
    Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and standards, including health and safety protocols.
    Plan and oversee daily activities, ensuring they are engaging, educational, and developmentally appropriate for children.
    Foster positive relationships with children, families, and staff members to create a welcoming and inclusive environment.
    Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
    Collaborate with management and stakeholders to implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
    Maintain accurate records and documentation related to children's development, progress, and incidents.
    Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
    Stay updated on industry trends, child development research, and educational methodologies.

    Relevant qualifications in childcare, early childhood education, or a related field (e.g., NVQ Level 3, CACHE Level 3 Diploma).

    Strong understanding of child development theories and practices.
    Proficiency in relevant software applications for record-keeping and communication.
    A compassionate and patient demeanor when working with children and families.
