- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of design concepts with project objectives and client expectations.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the design process, including conducting feasibility studies, performing structural analyses, and reviewing drawings and specifications.
- Oversee the preparation of detailed design documentation, including drawings, calculations, and reports, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and compliance with relevant codes and standards.
- Manage project schedules and budgets related to design activities, monitoring progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement within the design team, promoting knowledge sharing and professional development.
- Proven experience 3 years in facades engineering, with a focus on design and remediation projects.
- Strong knowledge of facade systems, materials, and construction techniques, with an understanding of their performance characteristics and behavior.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, and structural analysis software.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience managing design teams and driving projects to successful outcomes.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to facade design and construction, such as ASTM, AAMA, and ASHRAE.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Design Manager with a strong background in facades engineering and construction to oversee the design process for our remediation projects.
The successful candidate will play a key role in guiding projects from concept to completion, ensuring that designs meet both aesthetic and technical requirements while adhering to industry standards and regulations.
Lead the design team in developing innovative solutions for facades remediation projects, including the evaluation of existing structures, material selection, and design optimization.
