- Recruit, coordinate, and manage a team of healthcare professionals, ensuring they meet our high standards of care.
- Manage and maintain nursing agency and domiciliary care licenses, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, including RQIA.
- Experience in complex care, such as mental health, learning disabilities, and autism is required. While clinical complexity is not mandatory, candidates should be comfortable addressing these issues.
- Prioritize the provision of care in client homes or supported living environments, with a secondary preference of experience in nursing homes and care homes.
- Maintain an active Access NI clearance.
- Actively contribute to the growth and development of our workforce, helping to build out our team and participating in the interview process.
- Update and maintain agency policies and procedures, ensuring they adhere to regulatory requirements.
- Handle and address any complaints related to the nursing agency, providing effective solutions and resolutions.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, in a nursing or healthcare capacity.
- Active NMC pin required.
- Ideally experience within a nursing agency and domiciliary capacity.
- Active Access NI clearance certificate.
- Safeguarding Champion.
- Strong organizational and management skills.
- Experience in recruiting and coordinating a team.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements, particularly related to healthcare and nursing agencies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
