About Us:
Clinical 24 is a well-established healthcare agency operating across England, Scotland, Wales, Ireland, South Africa and now in Northern Ireland.
We specialize in providing high-quality healthcare services to individuals in their own homes.We are currently expanding our team and looking for a Registered Manager to help manage and grow our existing workforce.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience and a Level 5 health and social care qualification.
An active NMC pin will be required to oversee our dom care and nursing agency licenses.Recruit, coordinate, and manage a team of healthcare professionals, ensuring they meet our high standards of care.
Manage and maintain nursing agency and domiciliary care licenses, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, including RQIA.
Experience in complex care, such as mental health, learning disabilities, and autism is required.
Prioritize the provision of care in client homes or supported living environments, with a secondary preference of experience in nursing homes and care homes.
Actively contribute to the growth and development of our workforce, helping to build out our team and participating in the interview process.
Update and maintain agency policies and procedures, ensuring they adhere to regulatory requirements.Handle and address any complaints related to the nursing agency, providing effective solutions and resolutions.
Active NMC pin required.
Level 5 health and social care qualification.
Safeguarding Champion.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements, particularly related to healthcare and nursing agencies.
A proactive and flexible attitude towards work.
