    The Nice Exchange is a close-knit team of marketing strategists, creatives, wordsmiths, and doers based in Liverpool City Centre. Through written content, graphic design, videography, and structured training, our goal is to help our cross-sector nationwide clients have more time, make the most of their marketing efforts, and relieve their headaches.

    We're looking for a Marketing Specialist to join us as we start the next phase of our journey - but you already knew that, didn't you?

    What will be included in the role?

    This is a full-time Marketing Specialist role at The Nice Exchange. While it's *really* difficult not to say that each day is different as a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for a variety of day-to-day tasks including:

    • Written content creation
    • Supporting trend analysis and activity optimisation
    • Oversight of social media platforms and community engagement
    • Market research to support current client activities
    • Supporting the development of marketing strategies
    • Communicating with clients
    • Project support and liaising with external suppliers

    You might think, "Well, that's a pretty basic list of activities..." - you'd be absolutely right. Your day-to-day at The Nice Exchange will be based on mixing the business-specific activity with what you do best - with ongoing upskilling to fill any knowledge gaps.

    The technical knowhow we're looking for

    • A minimum of 1-2 years experience in marketing, communications, social media, or content creation (Agency experience is beneficial)
    • Confident use of word processing software (Microsoft Office, for example)
    • Confident use of presentation software (Microsoft PowerPoint, for example)
    • Confident use of spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel, for example)
    • A clear understanding of the difference between a strategy and a plan
    • Experience using time-tracking software and project management software
    • Relevant and up-to-date marketing qualifications, certifications, and accreditations
