- 質の高いリサーチ/分析の提供、プロジェクトの主導、方針/手順の策定と変更など、副バンキングCOOの役割を全面的にサポートする。
- COO補佐の指示の下、フロントオフィスの運営・管理サポートを行う。
- 銀行での戦略立案・ミドルオフィス業務経験
- 複数部門にまたがる調整経験
- マイクロソフトオフィススイートの使用経験(エクセル、パワーポイントは必須)
- デスクトップ分析の実績があり、高いテクニカルスキルを有すること
- 基本的なコンプライアンスおよびオペレーショナルリスク管理に関する理解
- 基本的な会計知識
- PCとプレゼンテーションスキル
- 言語スキル - 英語および日本語の口頭および書面でのコミュニケーションスキルは必須
- 規制の枠組みに関する基本的な理解があれば尚可

ビジネス・アナリスト・チームの中で、定期的および臨時のマネジメント・レポートの作成、複数のポートフォリオのパフォーマンス分析、主要な強みと弱みの特定などを通じて、分析スキルを磨く機会を提供します。
事業戦略計画を作成、リードし、フロントオフィスをサポートすることにより、EMEAにおける銀行の事業の事業推進を担当しています。
