Job Overview:

As the Fleet Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our fleet of vehicles. Your primary duties will include maintaining fleet records, ensuring compliance with regulations, coordinating vehicle maintenance and repairs, and providing support to drivers and other staff members. You will play a key role in ensuring our fleet is efficient, safe, and well-maintained.

Responsibilities :

• Carrying out all administrative tasks within our Fleet Department
• Providing support to fleet management
• Scheduling and coordinating repairs
• Scheduling and coordinating driver and fleet rotas

Skills & Experience:

• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication
• Proficiency in IT literacy - Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
