    Property Manager
    Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (Hybrid working after settling-in period)

    Established for over 200 years, Chestertons is a successful London-based estate agency with over 30 branches across the capital.

    We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Property Manager to oversee our diverse portfolio of properties.

    As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and overall success of our properties.

    Manage a portfolio of properties with a minimum of 2 years of property management experience, delivering outstanding service to clients
    Demonstrate a strong understanding of property maintenance, including knowledge of relevant legal requirements and compliance standards
    Provide expert advice to clients regarding legal notices
    Proficiently use property management software and tools
    Manage a portfolio of properties with a minimum of 2 years of property management experience, delivering outstanding service to clients

    Ability to remain calm under pressure and defuse complaints to prevent escalation
