We are looking for an Apprentice to join our Distribution team, based in London.

Your Team
Our team is committed to providing client and broker solutions working with and alongside many key areas of AGCS. We are at the forefront of customer engagement with the aim of building long-term, profitable and sustainable relationships. We are a dynamic team who are integral to the business.

The Impact You Will Have

Reporting to the Key Account Manager, you will join the team as an Apprentice supporting our Key Account and Broker Management teams through analysis, research, sales and tender support.

Whilst learning on the job you will also enroll on a formal apprenticeship programmer which will help you to obtain your Diploma in Insurance.

Some of your specific responsibilities could include:

Support Key Account and Broker Management teams through analysis, research, sales and tender support
Facilitate client and broker understanding of AGCS underwriting appetites and capabilities
Support Salesforce input and management of client and broker information
Support the team in new, upsell and cross sell opportunities
Preparing draft presentation materials
Drawing down and analysing pipeline data

What You'll Bring to the Role

Interested in a career in Insurance
Able to clearly and effectively express ideas and messages, verbally and in writing
Methodical approach and an eye for detail
Proficient at Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Flexible attitude and a strong team player
Ability and confidence to work on own initiative and to multitask.

Additional Information:

There is a mandatory requirement for at least 20% off-the-job training in your apprenticeship. This principle underpins a quality apprenticeship.

You will have access to our virtual learning platform, scheduled learning offerings and your own mentor to support your development and meet the 20% off-the-job requirement.
