    Our Client are a forward-thinking, multi-disciplinary consultancy practice dedicated to elevating design quality and innovation. An enthusiastic team of Architects, Architectural Technologists, Principal Designers, Surveyors, Retrofit Experts, BIM Users, Drone Enthusiasts, and 3D Designers.

    They leverage cutting-edge software, hardware, and technology to transform dreams into reality, going beyond mere 2D/3D drawings to create beautiful, fit-for-purpose designs.

    Creating comprehensive architectural information to support project development.
    Collaborating closely with our team and management to ensure seamless project execution.
    Develop and maintain project programs to ensure timely completion and effective communication of deadlines.
    Manage individual projects from inception to completion, as needed.
    Analyse project documents to understand client requirements, timescales, and specific instructions.
    Maintain file structures on internal servers or external platforms to ensure accessibility and version control.
    Prepare case studies and conduct external research to support project objectives.
    3-5 years of experience in supporting construction projects as an architectural technologist.
    ~ Relevant experience in the housing sector, especially Retrofit and PAS2035.
    ~ Up-to-date knowledge of Planning, Building Regulations, and the Building Safety Act.
    ~ Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite.
    ~ Familiarity with 3D rendering packages.
    ~ Strong relationship-building abilities with clients and consultants.
    Commercial awareness to understand the financial implications of design decisions.
    Strategic thinking to anticipate long-term impacts and wider implications.
    Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify key information within project documentation.
