The Cui Lab for Systems Immunology research at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine and Harvard Medical School has openings for one or more computational postdoctoral researchers.
The postdoc is responsible for driving forward computational biology projects based on the data generated from the lab under the guidance of the PI.
Example work includes analyzing high-throughput genomic and/or clinical data from various immune-mediated conditions, such as oral and systemic inflammation, tumor immunity, host-pathogen interactions, and mouse models of diseases.
The postdoc will collaborate with both computational and experimental researchers in the lab, and will prepare figures and draft manuscripts based on the analyses.
The laboratory is located in the heart of the Longwood Academic and Medical Area in Boston, MA.PhD in bioinformatics, computational biology, data science, computer science, or a
