    Apply for this job Introduction An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, driven and dedicated individual to join our Clients team as Theatre Manager in one of their private hospitals based Lincolnshire.

    Job description Our Client is a highly respected hospital with a great local reputation for the highest standards of care.

    The consultants are from a vast range of clinical disciplines and offer an exceptional service to patients. The hospital has one operating theatre, where a range of surgical procedures are performed, and an onsite TSSU.

    Treatments available include endoscopy, colonoscopy, hernia surgery, knew arthroscopy, shoulder arthroscopy, cataract surgery, cystoscopy, hand surgery, foot surgery, minor urology treatments, minor gynaecological treatments, vasectomy, varicose vein surgery, pain management, orthopaedics and minor skin procedures.

    The right candidate will exceed performance expectations with exemplary customer service and first rate individual patient care.
    ODP Level 3 / RN (1)

    Significant exposure in a senior role to external stakeholders such as Consultants, Physicians, Allied Health professionals, patients and suppliers.

    Immediate Life Support
    Effective presentation and Intermediate computer skills
    Proven track record of on-going professional development
    Ensuring all Clinical Governance issues are addressed, E.g. through incident reporting, National joint registry, and new services and staff introduced safely.
    Achieve Key Performance Indicators and financial budgets
    Meet the requirements of the Care Quality Commission within the Department
    Working closely with the Senior Management Team to develop Consultant relationships and increase theatre activity.
