- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to gather information and develop winning bid strategies.
- Writing and editing high-quality proposals, tender responses, and presentations.
- Ensuring all submissions are accurate, compliant, and submitted on time.
- To manage multiple bids simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
- To conduct post-bid reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
- InDesign experience
- Proven experience in bid writing, preferably within the catering and food service industry
- Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

As the Bid Manager, you will enjoy working on an average of 8-12 bids per month in a fast-paced environment with quick turnarounds. You will work closely with the sales, operations and culinary teams to develop innovative solutions that meet the unique needs of the clients.
This is an ideal position for a current Bid Writer in the Contract Catering industry or a Marketeer in the hospitality industry who has great writing skills. Please note you must have InDesign working knowledge.
