- Work with People & Talent to align on a global internal communications strategy that you will be implementing and driving.
- Manage the internal communications rhythm, holding stakeholders accountable for deadlines.
- Create and innovate well thought out content to increase engagement across all LBR regions (UK, US and Hong Kong).
- Manage all communication channels and the communications calendar
- Support LBR internal events, award ceremonies and social gatherings
- Mange the Hub, our internal intranet, tracking key engagement metrics.
- Stay on point with key global events, news and holidays to incorporate into communications with the support of People & Talent.
- Support Exco with internal PowerPoint presentations for Townhalls, All Hands, Corporate Induction and other key internal corporate events
- Support LBR's employee network groups with their internal event communications
- Produce the monthly Company Update email
- 4+ years minimum in an internal communications role

Job Overview:
