    Exciting Opportunity for a Senior Associate in Public Procurement Law - Birmingham

    About the Role:
    As a Senior Associate , you will play a key role in advising clients on all aspects of procurement law, including tendering processes, contract drafting, and compliance issues. You will work closely with partners and senior associates to deliver high-quality legal solutions to clients across various industries.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide expert advice on public procurement law matters to public sector bodies and private sector clients.
    • Draft and review procurement documentation, including invitations to tender, contracts, and supplier agreements.
    • Advise on EU and UK procurement regulations and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
    • Represent clients in procurement challenges and disputes, including litigation and alternative dispute resolution.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

    About You:

    • Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 4 PQE in public procurement law, ideally gained at a reputable law firm.
    • Strong technical skills and expertise in public procurement regulations and procedures.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders.
    • Commercial acumen and a proactive, solution-focused approach to legal challenges.
    • Team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
