    Description
    Flexibility – Hybrid (1x week in office)
    *They are an Insurtech firm building SaaS solutions for insurance and reinsurance clients across Commercial Insurance, Reinsurance and Brokers, using data to provide clarity of risk so clients can improve their assessment of future events.

    They are currently undergoing a data migration to Azure as well as experimenting with other technology improvements such as building greenfield data and AI features, to increase their product offering.

    As a Business Analyst, you will be working with a cross-functional Product Management team mapping out and improving insurance processes as well as providing support across their full suite of products.

    Own and cultivate relationships with internal and external partners, working with them to optimise and enhance features, functions, and integration to third-party services
    Define business analysis requirements and configuration specifications for new and existing features
    Report on common sources of business and technical challenges or concerns and provide recommendations to the product team

    Work well with offshore teams, especially when it comes to ensuring a clear functional understanding during the transition to design and build.

    Always be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, identify problems, and provide better value to the customer.

    Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with immediate team members, colleagues in across the business and new and existing customers.

    ~3+ years' experience as a Technical Business Analysis with exposure to Azure DevOps, .Net, SQL, JSON integrations, Angular development, and/or Python.
    ~ Experience in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions which are presented as business process diagrams, entity life histories and user journeys.
    ~ Solid experience in writing requirement specifications based on Agile methodologies that employ the Epic, Feature, User Story approach.
    ~ Ability to work proactively in researching, learning and defining creative options and solutions to both simple and highly complex business needs.
    ~ Strong written and verbal communication skills including business and technical writing skills.
