    Description

    We wish to recruit a Branch Manager to lead the growth and development of Key Hardware. Based at our branch in Belfast this is an excellent opportunity is for someone looking to take the next step in their career with one of the leading wholesale distributors of architectural ironmongery and hardware products in the Island of Ireland.

    You will‿.

    • Lead and manage the team within the branch
    • Identifying and deliver on sales opportunities and margin KPI's
    • Providing excellent customer service
    • An excellent communicator with effective people skills
    • Building relationships with customers and suppliers

    You should be ambitious with a strong sale background with experience of leading and delivering on sales and KPI's. Other essential skills include:

    • Mentor and develop the team to succeed
    • Target driven with a genuine passion for delivering for the customer
    • Manage stock in line with sales
    • Ability to analyse data to support KPI's
