    Workshop Controller - Repair Centre
    Up to £54,000 per annum
    45 hours per week

    Location:
    Northampton NN5

    About the role
    As Workshop Controller you will

    • Plan and organising workflows
    • Ensure maximum utilisation and efficiency of production teams
    • Undertake quality inspections
    • Deal with customers over rework claims
    • Undertake staff reviews
    • Work closely with vehicle damage assessors to achieve optimum sales
    Working closely with vehicle damage assessment and parts teams, you will strive for customer excellence and strong financial performance

    • Qualification and experience
    About you
    Highly organised with a detailed understating of repair methods and with a proven track of running bodyshop production teams. You will adopt a collaborative approach with a 'right-first-time' focus on repair quality. Your ability to plan and organise workflows will have played a key role in your career development.

    You will be seeking a position where you can make a difference, constantly learn new things and be at the forefront of technology.

    Previous technical experience / qualifications are essential.
