    As a Change Analyst you will analyse the effectivenessof organisations to help diagnose issues and evidence challenges;make recommendations for future service design; help delivercritical projects; and help design and deliver positive change.Your day-to-day activities may also include redesigning businessprocesses, organisation design, operating model development,applying research tools and methods, analysis data and translatinginto actionable insights, work-stream delivery in large projects ortaking responsibility for the delivery of smaller projects, projectadministration, and ongoing documentation.

    Must Have
    • Previous commercial experience ofworking in a change, transformation, continuous improvement, orproject-based capacity.
    • Familiarity withProject Management approaches, methods, and projectphases.
    • Microsoft Office365
    Nice toHave
    • Previous project or stakeholdermanagement experience
    • Proficient in use ofdelivery and collaboration tools (Such as MS Project, Visio, JIRA,SharePoint, MS Teams, or similar)
    • Research,data, & analytical skills
    • Relevantcertification in Change, Project management, Business Analysis orProcess Improvement
    • Property, Housing, orSocial Careexperience.
