    Description de l'emploi:
    Sous la responsabilité du directeur régional, le souscripteur principal sera responsable de la croissance rentable de la position de Wynward Insurance Group dans la région de la Saskatchewan avec un portefeuille identifié de courtiers grâce à une combinaison des compétences solides en matière de souscription et en développement des affaires.
    Le candidat retenu doit être axé sur le service à la clientèle, capable d'établir et maintenir des relations de travail positives, porter une grande attention aux détails, faire preuve d'une capacité de leadership et d'être capable de prioriser les tâches afin de respecter les délais.
    Responsabilités professionnelles:
    Produire et souscrire de nouveaux comptes pour assurer la rentabilité des risques conformément aux politiques, procédures et directives de souscription de l'entreprise
    Fournir un service exceptionnel aux courtiers partenaires identifiés et ciblés pour la croissance
    Développer, élargir et maintenir de solides relations avec les courtiers dans la région grâce à des visites et des communications régulières
    Faire des présentations sur les offres de produits de Wynward
    Offrir du mentorat et du coaching aux membres juniors de l'équipe de souscription
    Assurer la liaison avec l'équipe de développement des affaires en recueillant et en communiquant des informations sur le marché concurrentiel
    Représenter Wynward Insurance Group à diverses fonctions de l'industrie pour accroître la notoriété de la marque
    Qualifications professionnelles:
    Sept (7) ans d'expérience en tant que souscripteur senior en assurance de dommages des entreprises dans des comptes de marché de taille moyenne à grande
    Une expérience confirmée dans le dépassement des objectifs de vente et de développement
    Capacité de travailler de manière indépendante
    Capacité à interpréter les formulations et d'expliquer les couvertures
    Solides compétences en matière d'analyse, d'évaluation, de prise de décision et d'organisation
    Excellentes compétences à la communication orale et écrite
    Sens aigu des affaires, débrouillard et souci du détail
    Études postsecondaires, titre CIP ou FCIP préféré
