    Role Junior Underwriter (UA) - Insurance -Lloyds Syndicate

    Position Permanent

    Location London Hybrid

    Salary £25-30K, Bonus, Benefits, Gym Membership

    My client a leading a Lloyds syndicate, are currently looking for a Junior Underwriter. You will join a successful and fast-growing company that has a huge emphasis on data driven technology.

    They are leading the way in the Insurance world and are looking for an Underwriting Assistant to join there vibrant and innovative company. My client is keen to take on Graduates that have completed some internships, preverbally in finance or insurance.

    Role


    • To carry out administrative tasks as required to support the underwriting team.


    • Attend and organise key client meetings, including responsibility for agenda circulation and minutes.


    • Maintain records of pipeline submissions and ensure this is kept up to date.


    • Take responsibility for filing special acceptance submissions and collating and maintaining relevant logs.


    • Assisting underwriters in the pre-bind underwriting process for new business and renewals.


    • Assisting in the day-to-day operation of delegated authority contracts, including review of slips and endorsements.
