- Engage with prospective customers to understand their requirements and business objectives.
- Conduct in-depth consultations, Discovery and needs assessments to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Demonstrate our products to potential customers, leading with, how the solution will resolve their pain and add value.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized presentations, proposals, and solution designs tailored to the specific needs of each prospect.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, Directors, Managers, and IT professionals, to gain buy-in for our solutions.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on industry best practices related to a cross section of industry sectors that include, but is not restricted to Life Science & Healthcare, Aerospace, Construction, Supplier Management & Legal Matter handling.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and seminars to promote our company's expertise and profile.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to stay ahead of the curve.
- Design, develop and maintain product demonstration environments based on key Verticals & Territories
- Build Role Play / Demo Scripts specific to "future customer" defined use case requirements.
- Responding to functional and technical elements of RFPs.
- Provide transitional support as needed to the implementation team.
- Proven experience (5 years+) working in a Pre-Sales/Sales engineering role, Document management role, Share point administrator or software sales in a relative category.
- Awareness and knowledge of governing standards in, digital signature, redaction and document management/controls, such as; 21CFR part 11, EU Policy 70, ISO15489 and ISO9001.
- A good understanding of the Microsoft stack including SharePoint, MS Flow, Power Apps, PowerBI and how these interact together. This would include familiarity with all Microsoft terms and language used within this product range. (A Microsoft certification is also a plus)
- Demonstratable experience with our products and/or integrated solutions, such as PleaseReview, Mail Manager, OnePlace Solutions, Huddle, Q-Pulse, Veeva Vault, Documentum and CARA will be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of DMS (document management systems), what they provide as a solution and the benefits they bring to businesses that use them.
- Awareness of SaaS, the benefits of a SaaS solution, API & interoperability, and Data Warehousing, SSO and User Provisioning (SCIM). (Understanding of software architecture would be a bonus)
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex document control and system interconnectivity concepts clearly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric mindset. (This could include trouble shooting requirements when dealing with existing customers)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects, workstreams and or Pre-Sales engagements.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Must be able to present himself/herself in a professional manner and is a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) & video creation / editing suites. Previous experience using Salesforce also a bonus.

As an SE working within our Collaboration team, you will support the Sales Team as a vertical SME, specializing in our Collaboration suite of solutions. Your primary objective will be to understand the unique challenges faced by our prospective clients and be the co-pilot in the sales process.
