    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our client's brand new Build to Rent scheme in Edinburgh.

    As the General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our client's newest development, ensuring its operational excellence, resident satisfaction, and financial performance.

    Oversee all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the Build to Rent scheme, including leasing, resident services, maintenance, and financial management.

    Foster a vibrant community atmosphere through resident engagement activities, events, and amenities.
    Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
    Experience in property management, preferably in the Build to Rent or PBSA sectors
    Proven track record of leadership and team management in a fast-paced environment.
