Purpose of Role
The key focus of the Operations Team is to develop, support and maintain the environment, systems and processes that allow the Rettie Group to achieve its vision of being 'Best in Class'.
As HR coordinator you will be responsible for supporting the HR Business Partners in delivering all stages of the employee lifecycle and will be accountable for all HR administration tasks, this will be the focus of your role.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete all HR administration accurately, within required timeframes and to required compliance standards
- Be the first point of contact and field all HR general enquires.
- PeopleHR superuser
- Provide required information to Payroll team as required
- Provide regular management information on agreed HR KPIs
- Coordinate recruitment process
- Coordinate employee onboarding and off boarding
- Coordinate the organisational aspects of the Learning and Development programme
Skills/Experience Required
- CIPD qualified or working towards a CIPD qualification
- Possess excellent spoken and written communication skill
- Effective listening skills
- Able to build strong collaborative relationships across internal and external stakeholders
- Sound knowledge of HR processes at all stages of the employee lifecycle
Person Specification
- Excellent organisational skills, planning and organising own work to achieve set goals
- Effective time management, personally and on behalf of others
- Confident working to targets and to tight deadlines
- High level of selfmotivation
- Prepared to go the extra mile
- Excellent attention to detail
Salary:
Up to £25,000.00 per year
