- Securing new Retail accounts for our Supplier partners
- Delivering optimal promotional plans, where listed
- Launching new branded product ranges at annual range changes
- Maximising sales and margin to deliver financial growth year on year for Best of Poland
- Best in class day to day account management including analysis on the Retailer portals
- Effective cross functional collaboration with department heads and appointed Suppliers overseas
- Ideally previously worked in Ethnic/World foods and have existing relationships with relevant buyers
- Classic blue-chip training, preferably combined with experience gained at a high growth SME
- Thrives in an ambitious and fast paced environment
- Great at working within and leading cross functional project teams
- Exemplary commercial acumen & negotiation skills
- Effective networker and relationship builder
- Available to travel to Europe for meetings with Supplier partners, where required
