    We are currently recruiting Ticketing Representatives to join our Layered Reality team at

    The Gunpowder Plot:
    The Immersive Experience ).

    Layered RealityTM are the leaders in immersive entertainment experiences - with powerful storytelling, cutting-edge technology and outstanding customer service.

    We combine live theatre (actors, movie-scale sets, and special effects) together with the latest digital technology (virtual reality, projection mapping and holograms) plus physical sensations (sight, sound, smell, touch and movement) to create a unique immersive experience that is truly memorable.


    We are looking for enthusiastic people who want to be the face of Layered Reality We want outgoing, fun, dynamic, and friendly personalities to join our team.

    You will be self-motivated with a can-do attitude whilst ensuring all our guests are wowed the moment they meet us.

    You will primarily focus on selling tickets outside the venue to our immersive entertainment experience, providing outstanding customer service and maximising sales opportunities.


    Scope & Responsibilities
    Your primary responsibility will be selling tickets outside the venue. You will engage with guests, greeting them with enthusiasm and ensuring a positive first impression.

    Ticket checks and assistance with entry procedures will be part of your duties, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for our guests.

    Your role will involve promoting and upselling merchandise and photos related to the immersive experience, enhancing guest engagement and immersion.

    Collaboration with the FOH Staff will be essential to maintain efficient and seamless operations.

    Delivering exceptional customer service is a key aspect of your role, as you address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.

    Lastly, you will strive to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a friendly and engaging approach to enhance guest satisfaction.


    Background & Experience
    Previous experience working in sales or PR for events, theatre or visitor attractions is preferable, but not essential.


    Desire Attributes
    A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
    Previous experience in a guest-facing role is highly desirable.
    Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    Excellent presentation skills, maintaining a professional appearance at all times.
    Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
    Confident working independently.
    Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
    Proficient in conversational English.

    Job Type:
    Casual Worker (Thursday-Sunday)

    Probation Period: 3 months

    Pay:
    £12.55 per hour (5/6 hour shifts between 10am-6pm)

    Commission:
    £1.50 per ticket sold through our Box Office system

    Location:
    Tower Hill, London
