    90,000 - £135,000 plus EMI & other benefits.

    We are working in partnership with this start up company to help them find the most talented AI Solution Engineers on the market right now.

    Our client exists to make their clients business better by harnessing the power of AI so we need the most talented individuals on board to help scale the business.

    One of the most brilliant aspects of joining this business is that they are truly different, they are not a big corporate business, nor do they want to be, so things move fast which means that you will get the opportunity to work on some of the most exciting projects of your career Joining this business at such an early stage of their journey will also massively benefit your long term career development as you grow with the business, not to mention the fact you will also be assigned a coach on day 1 (who is one of the founding members of the business).

    On top of a competitive salary there is also an EMI share scheme which we can share more information about as it is highly likely this will be lucrative in the mid-long term.

    And despite being a start up there are already a long list of benefits including private healthcare but they want to go a lot further as an employer and the benefits will be shaped by the people they hire, their needs and what makes their work/life better.

    You will need a background in software development, at least a few years of experience in developing software solutions for enterprise.

    Python applications and data processing
    Building microservices
    Large language models (LLM's)

    You are comfortable setting out a vision for a solution, planning out tasks, managing teams and taking decisions.

    You set high standards of technical excellence for yourself and your teams, providing guidance, identifying areas for improvement, and constantly striving towards better coding practices.

    You are comfortable explaining concepts and approaches to senior business leaders and both technical and non-technical audiences.

    You have a history of supporting the professional development of engineers, creating a supportive environment which encourages learning and growth.

    At this stage of the journey, we often need senior team members to contribute to or oversee multiple projects at the same time.

    You contribute to the organisation's knowledge base and assets and are developing a reputation in the market for your insights and expertise.

    Finally, our client aims to create a "work from anywhere" culture however in the very early days its important to embrace the opportunity to collaborate with internal colleagues and note that client projects may require onsite presence so it's important that you are flexible.
