    Location:Leeds orManchester orReading orBristol or Northumberland or ExeterorNorthampton

    Salary:Up to 45k DOE

    Pareto are currently looking forseveral Mobile Engineers to join us on a permanent basis across ourbusiness.

    We are looking for the most vibrantexciting enthusiastic candidate. We want team members to be outgoing customer focused always willing to help and always willing toown a problem to completion.

    The person needs tobe a team player who will always go above and beyond to achieve.Travelcard will be paid for.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Overallresponsibility for timely completion of all maintenance andreactive tasks associated with client assets. The first line ofresponse for all associated M&E and Fabricissues.
    • Carry out regular and periodicinspections (including all statutory mandatory requirements andinsurance inspections) to maintain the efficiency and safety ofM&E installations including fire safety firefightingequipment and security systems. Liaise with client staff overspecific requirements.
    • Maintain records andcomputer based record management systems to nationally agreedstandards including statutory testing and inspection technicalrecords files diaries drawings andreports.
    • Carry out all necessary maintenanceworks on M&E services and installations includingelectrical systems heating and hot water installations fire alarmsand security systems works machines lifts and any other relevantsystems etc.
    • Ensure works are completed tostandard and against budget and meet with key client requirementsand satisfaction reporting back at regular intervals to the ParetoFM Account Manager and client electedliaison.

    Support the arrangements inplace to enable subcontractors to undertake routine and emergencybreakdown maintenance both in and out ofhours.

    • Assist the client in settingmaintenance priorities forward programmes andbudgets.
    • Assist with the preparation delegatedplanned maintenance projects. Prepare schedules and specificationsand place orders. Audit supervise/ check works oncompletion.
    • Where requested provide technicalM&E advice and support to theclient.
    • Liaise with other professionalsundertaking project work and contribute site and maintenanceinformation where required.
    • Liaise with theclient and other Pareto FM staff to develop and disseminatenational best practice in M&E maintenance andprocedures.
    • Liaise with and participate in siteand property teams and provide technical input in otherareas

    e.g.security health and safety risk assessments utility infrastructurescounter disaster planning and other appropriateinitiatives.

    • With the client ensurethe effective implementation of the Asset Management Plan to informthe planning and management of works across theestate.
    • Undertake other works of a similarnature as required and directed by the client and Pareto FM AccountManager.
    • Be the goto person for the client whenan issue arises.
    • Be open to a wide variety ofwork place tasks to support the clients business continuityrequirements

    KeySkills:

    • Indepthknowledge of electrical and mechanical principles andsystems
    • Previous experience of performing aBuilding Services Engineer role
    • Must be able towork unsupervised to a high quality
    • Relevantqualification in electrical or mechanicalengineering
