- Develop and produce regular management information reports, adapting to evolving business needs.
- Review existing reports for relevance and efficiency, using new software for smart working practices.
- Act as the gatekeeper for data integrity, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in reporting.
- Provide operational support and guidance to directors and senior management.
- Maintain a deep understanding of SJP's data sources and architecture to ensure consistent and accurate reporting.
- Undertake project work and ad hoc requests, managing time effectively to meet departmental responsibilities.
- Proficiency in Business Information (BI) software and systems, including Excel, Power BI, SQL Server Reporting Services and Snowflake
- Strong SQL skills and experience in data modelling with PowerQuery, DAX, and M.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric and Power BI administration.
- Ability to communicate data effectively for impact, crafting reports and dashboards for various devices.
- Understanding of ethics and legal considerations in data and analytics.
- Knowledge of other BI software such as Tableau or Business Objects is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on accuracy and data interpretation.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal partners, including senior management.

We're seeking a Management Information Consultant to play a pivotal role in generating high quality reports and insights that drive strategic decisions at every level of our organisation.
