    Health & Social Care Trainer - Short Courses

    The Role

    Our Healthcare team is expanding,and we're on the lookout for short course Trainers to deliver our fantastic Health& Social Care qualifications.

    You will play an integral role indeveloping and supporting learners on your courses to go into future employmentin this sector.

    You will be responsible fordelivering a wide range of health & social care short courses, such as: Principlesof Dementia Care, Understanding Autism, Understanding the Safe Handling ofMedication, Falls Prevention Awareness, Understanding Behaviour that Challenges,Principles of End-of-Life Care, Awareness of Mental Health and Principles ofWorking with Individuals with Learning Difficulties.

    Working predominantly remotely, youwill be able to deliver though provoking, engaging tutoring via a blendedlearning approach. Whilst we can't promise that every day will be the same,your key responsibilities are likely to be:

    - Ensuring learners on the course complete in a timely manner, and attendance& retention rates are within the companies target numbers.

    Finding innovative ways to engageand develop your learners according to their best ways of working.

    Keep on top of current trends byreviewing your CPD and undergoing any further training needed to be successfulin your role.
