Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Deputy Manager. As the Deputy Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall operations of our organization. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for early childhood education.
Duties:
- Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations of the facility
- Manage and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to address any concerns or issues
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, provide training, and foster teamwork
- Assist in the recruitment, hiring, and training of new staff members
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff members, providing feedback and coaching as necessary
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to staff, children, and facility operations
Skills:
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Proven ability to drive results and meet organizational goals
- Knowledge or experience in early childhood education or childcare settings
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
We offer competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications with the salary starting from 33k
Office based role 7am-4pm 9:30am-6:30pm
