- Provide academic guidance and support to apprentices, helping them navigate their learning journey and achieve their educational goals.
- Conduct regular progress reviews with apprentices, assessing their performance, identifying areas for improvement, and providing constructive feedback.
- Foster effective relationships with employers and apprenticeship supervisors, serving as a point of contact for any educational or training-related matters.
- Collaborate with employers to ensure apprentices receive appropriate on-the-job training, mentoring, and workplace support.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure apprenticeship programs comply with regulatory standards, awarding organization requirements, and college policies.
- Facilitate effective communication between apprentices, employers, and college staff, ensuring timely exchange of information and addressing any issues or queries.
- Collaborate with academic staff and curriculum developers to ensure the integration of theoretical learning and practical workplace experience.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to enhance knowledge and share best practices.
- Reflect on personal performance and seek opportunities for self-improvement, contributing to a culture of excellence and continuous learning within the college.
- Experience working in an educational or training environment, preferably with apprenticeship programs.
- Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in recordkeeping, data management, and documentation.
