- Certification or qualification as a Theatre Practitioner (Scrub/Recovery/Orho etc)
- Experience working in a surgical theatre setting
- Knowledge of surgical procedures and instruments
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Additional certifications or qualifications in relevant areas (e.g., Anesthesia, Orthopedics) are a plus
