    Description

    Welcome to an exciting job opportunity for a passionate **Theatre Practitioner - Anaesthetic** to join a fantastic hospital in the vibrant Marylebone, London area. This facility is part of a top-tier healthcare organization in the UK.

    Experience delivering a broad range of medical procedures in a modern setting at this exceptional private hospital.

    **To be eligible for this role, you must hold a Registered Nurse or ODP qualification with an active NMC Pin or HCPC Registration**

    Key Responsibilities as a Theatre Practitioner - Anaesthetic:

    • Ensure top-notch personalized nursing/ODP care in line with Company Policies, Practice, and Clinical Guidelines
    • Collaborate with team members for consistent clinical practice
    • Support surgeons, anaesthetists, and colleagues as needed
    • Contribute effectively to the anaesthetic team
    • Coordinate with staff for accurate patient positioning
    • Assist in specimen dispatch and controlled drug management
    • Coordinate patient transfers between departments
    • Participate in pre and postoperative patient care
    • Display sound knowledge of equipment safety and usage

    Preferred Skills and Experience:

    • Demonstrable clinical expertise
    • Experience in an independent sector setting
    • Organizational and team management abilities
    • Effective communication skills with patients and staff
