    Work with the Lead – Vessel Performance Services to realise Big Data opportunities within the ShipSure marine database – assisting in the drive to provide Realtime data driven decision making to our clients.

    • Monitor & Report on Vessel Performance of targeted vessels, anaylsing trends in order to identify additional future optimization opportunities

    • Provide assistance in the development of the Performance Services offering and associated business opportunities

    • Provide guidance and advice as required

    • Working with the Data Science Team, mine and analyse data from within our various ShipSure databases to support the development and optimization of analytics capabilities within the Performance Services.

    • Work with both internal and external key stakeholders to identify potential opportunities for the leveraging of Performance Service benefits across Ship Management

    • Assist in the development of management tools to support the ShipSure digital activities

    • Assist the Integration Lead (Shipboard IOT) in the development of integrated Performance Solutions maximizing benefits from automated data capture

    • To assist in identifying energy saving and performance optimization opportunities

    • To assist in understanding the opportunities available for cost reductions and their associated return on investment

    • Support and lead the various work streams as required

    • Previous experience of vessel operations or vessel performance optimisation

    • A good understanding of benefit measurement, data collection and management will be a strong advantage

    • Interest in vessel performance and drive to realise optimisation benefits

    • Exposure to reporting suites such as SSRS, PowerBi, Business Objects would be helpful.

    • Ability to be self motivate for planning and executing tasks and projects.

    • Willing to travel in support of business requirements.
