    Role Overview We have a new opportunity for a dynamic Site Manager to join our team at Vistry South East Midlands, based at our Haddon Cross site in Peterborough. As a Site Manager, your role is crucial in motivating, supporting, and managing the site-based team to ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are met. Here's what we offer: - Competitive basic salary and annual bonus - Company car, car allowance, or travel allowance - Flexible working options available - Up to 33 days annual leave plus bank holidays - Private healthcare and life assurance - Enhanced parental leave policies - Generous pension scheme and share incentive schemes To succeed, we need you to: - Uphold our values of Integrity, Caring, and Quality - Hold a CSCS card at Site Manager level - Possess a valid SMSTS certificate and First Aid at Work certificate - Have previous experience in managing sites in the private sale sector - Demonstrate effective staff motivation and site management skills - Stay updated on health and safety regulations and building legislation - Monitor material stock and plant requirements efficiently - Possess a full UK Driving License and Scaffold Appreciation Certificate - Showcase career progress in the construction industry - Use Asta software or work with a programme More about the Site Manager role: - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies - Maintain statutory records and conduct site inductions - Manage traffic and site strategy effectively - Implement accident and incident reporting procedures - Regularly inspect the site for safety standards - Ensure staff use proper equipment and work safely - Attend training courses as required - Review and approve risk assessments and method statements - Conduct home demonstrations for customers - Communicate with the Sales Team Leader and address customer concerns - Meet with the Sales Team Leader regularly to discuss site progress About Us: Vistry Group is the UK's top provider of affordable mixed-tenure homes.
